We had the privilege of visiting Lindsey Gazel in her Toronto kitchen to see the care and creativity she brings to everything she creates. What started as baking for family and friends has turned into Lindsey Bakes, a business she founded in 2009 after earning Diplômes de Pâtisserie et de Boulangerie in France.
